Camping de la Trye reserves the right to refuse any booking that runs counter to this principle. <\/li><li>Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Campsite pitch<\/strong><br\/>The basic package includes a pitch for a tent, caravan or camper van for 1 or 2 people, 6A electricity, access to sanitary facilities and campsite infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Rental<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>All rental accommodation is fully equipped. The basic package is for 2 to 6 people, depending on the type of accommodation. <\/li><li>Camping de la Trye reserves the right to refuse access to groups or families arriving with a number of participants greater than the capacity of the rented accommodation.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>Reservation fees Camping de la Trye offers reservation fees on rentals and bare pitches.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>RATES AND TOURIST TAX<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Prices shown are valid for the 2022 season. They correspond to one night or one week and are in euros, VAT included. <\/li><li>The tourist tax is \u20ac0.20 per night per adult.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A deposit of 20% of the cost of the services booked is required at the time of booking at the campsite. The balance must be paid on arrival. <\/li><li>Cancellation or postponement is valid only for reasons of force majeure. For example, weather, car breakdown or \u201cfamily reasons\u201d are not valid reasons. <\/li><li>In case of cancellation D-5, no refund or gesture will be granted.<\/li><li>In the event of cancellation on D-6 or more, a postponement of the stay will be offered.<\/li><li>In the event of non-payment of the 20% booking deposit by the customer prior to the start of the holiday, the campsite reserves the right to cancel the booking and offer the accommodation for rent again.<\/li><li><strong>If the customer does not agree to a postponement, a refund will be made, but a charge of 25 euros per accommodation will be retained.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>ANIMALS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Pets are welcome at Camping de la Trye (except<sup>1st<\/sup> and<sup>2nd<\/sup> category dogs).<\/p>\n\n<p>They must be kept on a leash at all times. They must not be allowed on beds or benches. They are not allowed near the pool or in the buildings. Dog and cat vaccination records must be up to date.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Insurance<\/strong><br\/><strong>Camping de la Trye accepts no responsibility for theft, fire, natural events, natural disasters, force majeure or any other incident for which the customer is responsible, and will not pay for any damage. <\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n<p> <em><strong> It is the customer&#8217;s responsibility to take out insurance covering :<\/strong><\/em><br\/><strong><em> * the consequences of their civil liability<\/em><\/strong><br\/><strong> *<em> damage to personal belongings while on holiday<\/em>;<\/strong><br\/><strong> *<em> rental liability as occupant (rental risks)<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Customers should <em>therefore <\/em>check with their insurance company that they are covered by this type of policy, and its terms and conditions (capital and scope of cover).<br\/>If this is not the case, the tenant must insure against the risks inherent in his occupation.  <br\/>I.e.: accident, theft, loss, damage to personal effects (suitcases, objects, furniture, valuables, vehicles, bicycles, civil liability, etc.).<br\/>They must also take out insurance to cover any damage they or their companions may cause to the rented accommodation or the campsite<em>(rental risk insurance)<\/em>. Customers must provide proof of their insurance cover on first request.<br\/>When renting or lending bicycles or barbecues, customers are required to take out insurance cover against theft, loss or damage. In the event of theft of bicycles or any other personal item, the campsite&#8217;s insurance will not be valid. We therefore advise you to check the holiday extension of your home insurance.   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>IMAGE<\/strong><br\/>You authorize Camping de la Trye to photograph, record or film you during your stay and to use said images, sounds, videos and recordings on all media (in particular on websites or pages &#8211; including Facebook and Instagram &#8211; on presentation and promotional media and in travel or tourist guides).<br\/>Its purpose is to ensure the promotion of Camping de la Trye and may in no way damage your reputation.
